At Workout Gear Shop, we are committed to fast and reliable dispatch and delivery.

Dispatch Times

  • Orders process within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Orders placed on weekends are processed the next working day.

  • Delays may occur during sales or holidays, in which case we will notify you promptly.

Delivery Options

We ship across the UK and selected European countries. Available methods include:

  • Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 working days

  • Express UK Delivery: 1–2 working days

  • EU Shipping: 5–10 working days

  • Other International Shipping: ETA displayed at checkout

Shipping duration excludes dispatch time and is only an estimate.

Shipping Charges

Calculated at checkout based on location and weight. UK customers get free standard delivery on orders over £100.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any import duties or customs taxes.

Tracking & Lost Parcels

You will receive tracking info once your parcel is dispatched. If a parcel goes missing, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Changes After Purchase

Address modifications must be made before dispatch. We cannot alter shipments once they’ve been released to couriers.
