Return & Refund Policy

At Workout Gear Shop, we strive to deliver exceptional quality in every product. However, if you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to assist.

Return Eligibility

Customers may return items within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must remain unused, undamaged, and be returned in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Digital vouchers or gift cards

  • Bespoke, customised, or engraved items

  • Final sale or clearance goods

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Rights

In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU-based customers are entitled to cancel purchases within 14 days of receiving goods for a full refund, inclusive of standard delivery charges (if applicable). Returned goods must be in re-sellable condition with valid proof of purchase.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please reach out via the contact methods listed below. We’ll provide step-by-step instructions and a returns reference number.

Note: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. We offer access to discounted courier return labels via DPD, DHL, or FedEx.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are not reimbursed unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

If your item is damaged or defective, we can offer a like-for-like exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing supporting images and order details.
